Landsailing Trike (parking Lot Sailing)1999

In 1998 I designed and built a trike for landsailing using windsurfing mast, boom and sail. I added a friction brake on both rear wheels and a very comfortable cushioned plastic folding marine seat with a seat belt. For the front wheel I used one side of a go-karts steering controlled by a steering linkage tube steered with your feet. The axles and bearings are 3/4' (bomb proof). Michael H. 'G' rated
